Rekha K.R

Rekha K.R, Chartered Accountant, co-founded the firm of G.Anantha & Co. in 1990. Her core areas of practice in audit and direct taxes have contributed to the firm's expertise in these fields. Rekha's knowledge of the statutory framework relating to the Not-for- Profit sector have also resulted in a consulting practice in this area. Rekha qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Bangalore University. She has completed Diploma in Information Systems and Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

N. Ramprasad

N. Ramprasad, Chartered Accountant joined the firm of G.Anantha & Co. in 2004. His core areas of practice are audit and indirect taxes, which include tax compliance and representation before tax authorities. His expertise has helped build the firm's practice in these areas. Ramprasad qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Rani N.R

Rani N.R, Chartered Accountant joined the firm of G.Anantha & Co. in 2004. Her core area of practice is taxation, more specifically, international tax. Rani is a frequent speaker on this subject at various forums and has also authored a book on the same. Rani qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has completed Master of Business Laws from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and also completed Diploma in International Taxation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Kaushik R

Kaushik.R, Chartered Accountant, joined the firm of G. Anantha & Co. in 2018. His areas of practice include risk advisory and taxation. Kaushik qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Kaushik is helping to build the practice in the start-up sector. He has completed Certifcate course in GST from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
